The male figure’s movements are also pretty well done, although you’d think there’d be a bit more frantic energy if that was actually happening to someone.
I don’t really understand why Karbo puts tiny little insect wings on giantesses and calls them “fairies”, but I love his art so much I don’t care. The perspective on this work is amazing! It shows a fairy hunter about to be swallowed whole by one of his giant fairies.
What are her intentions, this mega-giantess? Why, I suspect from the look on her face that she intends to eat that boy! And what chance does he have against her? Her fingers are the size of buses! Her mouth would be bigger than the Holland Tunnel!!

Karbo creates art featuring giant snake and snail women eating men! The whole mixed-species thing gives me the heebie-jeebies but his work is amazingly gorgeous! He has a real gift for conveying motion in his comic panels, too.
